Service availability

Tales From Iceland ehf. (DBA Bullseye Darts & Drinks), hereafter "Bullseye", reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect price information or to stop offering a product or service without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.

Age limit

Bullseye has an age limit of 20 every day except Sundays. On Sundays, the average age of individuals in a group must be 20 years, (i.e. no children's or youth groups).

Catering

Bringing in drinks or food from outside in not accepted at Bullseye. If the buyer is found to be smuggling alcohol or consuming outside food or drugs at Bullseye, Bullseye reserves the right to show him/her to the door without a refund and to refuse him/her access to the Bullseye for up to one year.

Delivery of goods/services

Under certain circumstances, dart boards and lanes may be double-booked and/or it may not be possible to arrange groups on adjacent boards. Bullseye will do its best to resolve such situations, but may in such circumstances possibly have to offer the customer a different type of darts than booked, and will reimburse the customer for the price difference if any.

Prices and refunds

All prices in the online store include VAT if applicable. Entertainment tickets and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. This also applies if one or more persons in a group who intend to gather are denied access to Bullseye, e.g. due to age or drunkenness.

Changes to booking

Bookings can be changed with a minimum of 4 hour notice. Bookings can only be changed at "www.bullseye.is", not by phone or email. Unused bookings cannot be used later and are not refundable.

Protection of personal information

The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information s/he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

Caution and damage

The buyer must take the utmost care in the entertainment facilities provided by the seller and plays darts at his/her own risk. S/he must throw a dart only at his/her own board and only from the marked throwing line when no one is standing between the throwing line and the dart board. Entering other people's lanes is strictly forbidden. The buyer is responsible for any damage s/he causes to the equipment. The buyer guarantees to inform the participants s/he invites to play on his/her board about their aforementioned duties and responsibilities.

Coats and other valuables.

Bullseye does not offer a guarded coat rack or storage of valuables for its customers, and this applies even if an employee may have told the customer that s/he will keep an eye on or guard a particular item. All customer values, included but not limited to coats, phones, purses, bags and pouches are the responsibility of the customer during his/her stay at Bullseye.

Laws and forums

This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. In the event of a lawsuit, it shall be prosecuted before the Reykjavík District Court.
